Bomb Squad Elite Youth Baseball & Softball Teams
It all started with a vision from a group of coaches and parents that firmly believed there had to be a better way. The archaic structure of baseball and softball organizations continued to fail many of our kids in the development process – often leaving parents unsatisfied with the development promises given.
At Bomb Squad Elite, our mission is to develop players who are ready to take their game to the next level — whatever that level may be. We are dedicated to preparing each athlete for the opportunities that lie ahead, focusing on training and development rather than simply the outcome of games.
Our program centers around mastering the five key tools of the game: hitting, fielding, throwing, speed, and situational understanding. These are the core areas that drive success on the field and allow the players to display progression at each level. By excelling in these areas, our athletes position themselves for future growth and achievement by reaching personal milestones in the sport – whether that’s making the high-school team or having collegiate or professional aspirations.
