Adam Clement
Board Member
Adam Clement is a creative leader with over 25 years of experience in design and branding. A former Vice President of Design at Under Armour, Adam spent nearly 17 years at the company, where he oversaw multiple categories including team sports, men’s training, and boy’s training. While at UA, he worked with major universities such as Notre Dame, UCLA, and Wisconsin, as well as professional teams including Tottenham Hotspur and the Welsh Rugby Union. His designs have been featured on ESPN, NBC, and other major media outlets, reaching audiences nationwide.
Prior to Under Armour, Adam spent six years at Widmeyer Communications, specializing in logo design and corporate branding. He later served as the Executive Creative Director at BlueChip Holdings, and as VP of Design and Creative at Origin USA, where he directed all design efforts.
Currently, Adam serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer for Titan Battlegear where he leads all facets of product and brand.
Outside of work, Adam spends his time coaching his kids in baseball and hockey – as well as playing adult leagues in both sports.

Rico Santana
Board Member
Born in Queens, NY, and raised between New York, the Dominican Republic, and Missouri, Rico Santana is a former professional baseball outfielder with a lifelong passion for the game. After a standout high school career-including breaking strikeout records and earning All-City and All-Borough honors-Rico played college baseball at Connors State and Mercyhurst College, where he led in stolen bases and earned multiple All-Conference awards.
Rico signed with the Oakland A’s in 2001 and went on to play for several independent teams, earning titles such as 2× Frontier League All-Star and contributing to a championship-winning season. He holds the league record for most outfield assists in a season.
Since retiring in 2010, Rico has focused on player development. He has served as an instructor at Balls N Strikes, private coach, and assistant team coach, while also participating in numerous camps run by MLB, MiLB, and private organizations. Rico is dedicated to mentoring young athletes, sharing both his knowledge and real-world experience to help them reach the next level-on and off the field.

Tom Lawless
Advisory Board Member
A veteran of the game and a familiar name to St. Louis baseball fans, Tom Lawless brings decades of professional experience, leadership, and player development expertise to the Bomb Squad Elite advisory board. A former St. Louis Cardinal and Major League infielder, Tom is widely respected for his deep baseball IQ, competitive edge, and commitment to teaching the game the right way.
After his playing career, Tom went on to manage, coach, and develop athletes across multiple levels of professional baseball—building a reputation as a steady mentor who knows how to connect with players and elevate their confidence and approach.
Today, Tom is proud to channel that passion into the next generation. As a key member of the Bomb Squad Elite Advisory Board, he provides strategic insight, organizational guidance, and hands-on instruction to players and coaches throughout the club. Tom can often be found on the turf working with athletes, sharing pro-level techniques, and helping shape our training philosophy.
Most importantly, Tom is part of the Bomb Squad Elite family—not just in title, but in spirit. His grandson plays within the organization, giving Tom an even deeper connection to the mission of developing young athletes with purpose, character, and love for the game.
Tom’s presence strengthens every aspect of what we do, and we’re honored to have him guiding the future of Bomb Squad Elite.






Amber Sandrock
Advisory Board Member
Amber Sandrock is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading operations, finance, and supply chain strategy. Amber’s strength lies in her ability to unify complex, multi-site operations while implementing efficient, compliant systems that drive measurable results.
Amber serves on the board of Pedal to the Medal 5K, a nonprofit organization founded in 2021 with a mission to confront the realities of drug abuse and suicide through awareness, education, and community support.
Whether navigating complex regulatory frameworks or leading change initiatives, she brings a rare mix of operational depth and business insight.
